Alfredo Sauce Recipe and Other Creamy, Velvety, Decadent Sauces

Need an Alfredo sauce recipe, Hollandaise sauce, tarter sauce recipe, or white sauce? These sauces are velvety smooth and you decide what sauce goes with what protein.

Other recipe sites only feed you one recipe at a time, but here at Formula Easy Recipes you can print off the entire page and keep taped inside a kitchen cabinet.

Judgment is important. The delicate Alfredo sauce recipe probably will go best with the more delicate proteins such as chicken or fish. It's unlikely that Alfredo would stand up to beef or pork - but hey, it's your call! Try the Bearnaise for stronger cuts like beef.

Need a stronger, more piquant or "stand-up" sauce at the alphabetical listing?

Not only that, delicate sauces like the Alfredo sauce are recipes that will go well over pasta with your favorite vegetables added, even without meat. Broccoli, bell peppers, green onions, steamed carrots, pea pods - makes a nice Alfredo Primavera.

Alfredo Sauce

0.5 cup butter
0.5 cup heavy cream
1.25 cup parmesan cheese
0.5 teaspoon nutmet, grated, whole

Aioli Sauce

This is a lovely, creamy, decadent garlic sauce recipe that hails from the Mediterranean. I put it on the page with the "G" sauces. This is a "don't cook" sauce recipe that is only for serious garlic fans! Surprisingly easy.
