This set features the subtle cinnamon, honey, and garlic overtones of the Greek marinade. Crab does not require more than about half an hour of marinating for it will toughen. Crab takes on the flavor of anything you put it in for the meat is very mild.

For the marinade, simply combine all the ingredients in Table #1 into a Ziploc bag and put the uncooked crab in there. Refrigerate about a half an hour and then bake the crab in a Pyrex dish at 375 degrees until the color turns from translucent to opaque.

0.25 cup chopped flat leaf parsley

0.5 cup red wine vinegar
1 whole bay leaf
1 special diced tomatoes
1 pound white pearl onions, halved
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon orange zest, long strip
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon sticks
3 teaspoons honey
3 teaspoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, halved
